Quick response. Personable and knowledgeable. However, disorganized. I had set an appointment for the next day at a 10am to noon timeslot. He didn't show. Once I called, he set-up a time later the same day.

Please do your homework! Very unprofessional, complained about the work and refused to fix the things they broke! Plus, they are expensive all the while insisting they have the best prices around. Would never recommend this company.

Difficult getting a scheduled appointment and the actual cost was over double the estimate

I was referred to this company from Menards, where I purchased the water heater. They gave me a range of cost for the job, and market rate per hour. Gary came in higher than both of these, AND he charged tax on his labor - illegal in the State of MN when they are only doing improvements to real property! He said he charged tax because he didn't get a "spiff" on selling me the product. Had I paid by the hour I would have felt even more cheated, as they moved along at a snail's pace. I was taken advantage of, perhaps because he knew I had to get the work done and my choices were limited. He was a cheat and I would never hire him again for any type of work. I can't really speak to the quality of the work, as I was selling the home. Long term's story is to be told by the buyer.

Prompt and fixed the leak. I was confused about the offer were I to need more work. Not as o.k. but not great re: cleanup of floor afterward.

At our first visit, he said he would give a more accurate bid if he could see the work. Gary stated if he had to go back to the shop he might have to add more to pad for items they didn't see. He gave me the bid verbally, said he was more confident because he had seen the work. The work was done on the day he scheduled. They were on time. They left a mess because I told them I didn't want to pay for their time to clean it up. The actual cost was 40% higher than the bid. I will not use him again.

Quick response and resolution to my plumbing problem.

Gary showed up on time, and worked straight through until the job was done.

Phone call estimate was unecessarily long. Came late for install and took far too long for a small job. I provided tools they needed but did not have, and I had to assis with the work. Was charged way too much for the work that was done.

Professional, on time; will be having my work done within the next month. Honest and no hassles. Reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Had Gary come and give quotes for a project. We are not performing the project but Gary was very prompt, courteous and a wealth of information. The determination for not carrying out the work is in no way related to any quotes given by Lindman Plumbing.

Felt like he charged more than was fair. Also, didn't clean up after he was done.
