Lindquist Plumbing & Gasfitting, specifically it's owner Justin Lindquist provided exceptional customer service and installation of a pressure valve and cut off valve at the main plumbing line coming into my house. Justine was very productive with corresponding with me and providing me with exceptional feedback on my questions during the free estimate discussions time-frame. Justin volunteered to work extended hours on the weekend to ensure my project deadlines was met. After receiving quite a few quotes for my project, Lindquist Plumbing & Gasfitting was the most fair. The attention to detail, the quality of his work and his customer service far exceeded my expectation and I will be referring him to everyone I know who needs an excellent plumber. I highly recommend using Lindquist Plumbing & Gasfitting for your plumbing projects.

Justin is thorough and precise. He takes care to get the work done right. He kept me informed the whole time. Quality service at a fair price. UPDATE - He follows up with even better service - came back to help hook everything up on the gas grill and ensure it worked as it should. I will have him come back and fix a problem that was created by one of the BIG plumbers. He has my full confidence.

Justin was great. He arrived early and took out the old toilet and installed the new one efficiently. He even cut the carpet in the bathroom to fit the bottom of the new toilet. I will definitely use him again.

Water Heater Repair or Service
Many companies give lip service to their dedication to provide their customers exceptional service. Linquist Plumbing and Gasfitting is a company that actually provides it. When my water heater stopped working just before a major snow storm, I contacted them. My technician, Justin, asked me to send him a few pictures of my water heater. Using the photos and my description of the problem, he diagnosed the problem and set about securing the parts needed for the repair. Using the information I gave him, he was able to determine that my water heater was still under warranty. He contacted the manufacture and got authorization to install a new part under warranty. He got the part ahead of time and kept me apprised of his progress as he cleared the way for me to get the part needed under warranty. He arrived at the appointed time and made the repair in less than 90 minutes. Not only was Justin professional during this process, he showed genuine interest in getting the job done right and to my satisfaction at every point along the way. I highly recommend this company.
