Had absolutely no issues with this contractor. Rich answered all our questions, and did exactly what he said he would in the time frame we discussed and more. Price point was competitive. Once our contact was signed the price that was quoted was what we paid. In the process we needed an electrician the contractor that was recommended also met our expectations.

Had to have someone else come out to add soil, was large area that was low, caused water to flow onto parking area in back of house. 2 years later found out not all of old septic pipe removed, it collapsed and had to have dug out and replaced

Plan on hiring a landscaper to restore your lawn despite claims from Richard Lindsay that he would make your yard look as good as it was when they started. The septic system itself seems good quality and correctly installed but they left the front lawn a complete mess. Needs to be graded, sink holes filled in, top soil replaced and seeded again. Landscaper ... seeds and straw on sand does not work. The holes were given a few shovels of dirt with more straw and no grading or leveling of the front was done. Walkway damaged also. I would only recommend them with the caveat -include a landscaper in your plans.

We are having our first experience with a septic system and were having what seems like problems. I contacted Rich and he came out the very next day to take a look. He could easily have convinced me that there was a problem that required an expensive fix (he initially thought that might be the case, based on my description), but found instead that there was maintenance that needs to be done. He even gave me a recommendation for a company to do that work. Wow! Too bad all businesses don't operate this way! He didn't even charge for the service call. Thanks Rich!

after I met with Rich (owner) for an estimate, everything when smoothly and according to the plan discussed with Rich. The price was very good and the job was completed within a week. Timing for permits is controlled by municipalities and is out of everyone's control...it was a nice experience that everything went so smoothly. Additionally, the crew and office staff were very friendly and efficient...thanks Rich and team.

Rich is wonderful. He did a great job installing a replacing the old septic system. Although the job was a nightmare, he did a great job. His company cleaned up the yard, Upon completion of the jobs he has done for us (2), he grates out the ground and plants grass seed covered with straw. He does keep his word when it comes to repairing any damage that may occur from the large trucks and in our case it was more than 20.Thanks Rich for a job well done.

Early communication a little slow.Although they answered all calls in a very timely manner.Proposal not very detailed.Permit process is not the fault of the contractor, but more detailed explanation of the process would be helpful.

Rich Lindsay responded promptly whether via telephone or email and answered all of my questions and/or concerns. The job itself,replacement of the septic leech field, once permits were obtained took two days. You can tell that he is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things. Thanks to his no nonsense approach and professionalism this unwanted expense was not an aggrevatiting experience.I would defiently recommend Lindsay Construction to others.

This company is hands down the best! We purchased a new home and needed a septic system/leak field installed. Not only did they do an immaculate job, but they came back out and re-set the empty tank due to torrential rainfalls. Not one complaint what so ever! Lindsay Construction "FTW" (for the win)!!!!!
