Gerry was easy to talk to over the phone regarding scheduling the repair. Service availability is good. For clearing a clogged aircon drain line, the charge was $138. Service call charge $69 and declog pipe $69.

Thermostat Service
I needed my ecobee3 lite smart thermostat installed and had many referrals. No one could really give me a price over the phone and required in-home estimates. Jerry quoted me a price and I told him I'd get back to him. After a bit more research I called him to schedule the install. We were able to do it the same day and the cost was better than all the rest. Very professional, provided excellent service and answered any questions we had. Highly recommended.

We were in a bind. My mother in laws split unit acs went out, and Jerry with LMS was quick to respond, and it was obvious he was more interested in helping and advising than just getting the job. We went with his advice, awarded him the job, and he did it on time and on budget. The quality of his work was exemplary. He cut no corners. Cant say enough good things about this man and this company. Highly recommend.

This is a small, family owned business that we found using Home Advisor. The professionalism, knowledge, and trust that Jerry put into this project was superb. He contacted us on a holiday almost immediately after I filled out the information on the website. He was here the next day and had a new furnace installed immediately. Very efficient. Would highly recommend his company and we will be using him again to upgrade the AC unit. Great job done in a timely manner.
