Lindsey's Tree Removal

The crew came and cut down the tree, took them 2 days and after that the guys came to grind the stumps. One guy working, the other guy standing there watching him. They ground the big one and then the small one. No raking to see if they got it all. My husband checked one of them and found a big piece he missed. He came back and got that one. Going forward 3 weeks we our getting the wood chips removed, our yard evened out and grass planted and boom...their machine hits a big part of stump hidden under all the wood chips..then they find 3 more that are not ground down under soil. My husband calls the owner( Greg) and he changed his number?? I looked it up and found another number, he answers and says I'll have the guy out today or tomorrow....that was Saturday....no guy..Sunday...no guy, then he texts Monday and says he would come that day..again..no guy...it is now Tuesday, no guy and we have to pay someone to come grind the pieces. DON'T waste your time or money with this company!!

I hired a company to remove four oak trees from my backyard, with a quoted price of $10,000. The owner requested a $5,000 upfront payment to guarantee the job, even though work had not yet commenced. When the crew arrived, only one individual was actively cutting trees while the others were tasked with clearing debris. On that day, he requested an additional $3,500 as they began their work. Ultimately, they managed to cut down three-quarters of one tree and a limb from another, leaving the job incomplete. Moreover, they caused damage to my yard and fence, and left debris scattered throughout my property. Despite numerous calls and texts, the owner made only two visits, each accompanied by excuses for the delays. On one occasion, I observed him and his crew working on a tree in my neighbor?s yard. When I inquired about the status of my project, he provided yet another excuse and subsequently failed to return, effectively disappearing with my $8,500.

I only gave them 2 stars-for the fact they showed up on time. Other than thatâ ¦ a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. Dishonest- one of the workers took out a huge part of my deck. Never said anything. Try to cover it up. My grandson discovered it playing ball & it fell off. It was eventually repaired- but without my approval. The guy that came- without me even knowing did an AWFUL & Shotty repair!!!! Then there is the issue of the HUGE stump & roots-that I paid them DOUBLE to remove. I was MORE than patient. They kept promising they would come back to finish the job. It has been 4 months now. Still waiting. Not gunna wait anymore. Awful!!!! Would NOT recommend.

THE BEST THE BEST THE BEST! On 8/24/23, an EF1 tornado tore through the east side of Cleveland and send a massive tree through our house. A representative from Lindsey's came to our door after seeing the damage to give us a card, and within hours after calling, their whole team showed up to remove the beast. They even installed tarps over the holes! They quote they gave us was incredible value, too! They gave us laughter and hope during a time when we needed it most, and we cannot thank them enough for their efforts. THANK YOU!

To me? Not very professional. Left the job sloppy, did not clean up very well, After cutting down trees and removing a stump, did not clean up the stump debris. One large stump they did not remove, said it was not in the price he gave me. Asked him to price it. He did but never came back to remove the stump, even after several calls.

They were very good and professional. They removed my stump and removed most of the debris as they said. I would and did refer them to my family and friends, and they were also very please with their service.

Prompt professional service with great modern equipment. Very thorough and respective of my property. I highly recommend this company.

Great experience. Large dead tree to be removed in the backyard of a typical suburban residence. After the estimate came out the next day to do the job. The backyard was very wet with no access for large machinery. They did a great job taking down the tree that was also near some powerlines. Carried every large piece of wood by hand to the front where the trailer was parked. Very clean when they left. And... a very fair price. Would definitely hire again.

He called me very quickly, we set the time for him to do the work, he was prompt, did the work, he was very efficient, and cleaned up after he was done.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded and then were able to come out and do the stump grind I needed. Certainly will keep them in mind for any future work.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! After over a month they did not finish the job. There are large tree pieces laying in my yard, 10 feet high each of them! They did not taKE THE STUMP OUT AND DID NOT REMOVE THE TREE PIECES. It's over a month now! They broke my ac base and left trash and equipment everywhere. Home advisor has also not gotten back with me. The yard is unuseable!!!!! Again, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
