Line Construction Group NY Corp.

My neighbor hired this company Line construction group I was very impressed their work and I hired them for my project roofing replacement windows replacement and sidings extremely happy outcome I will definitely hide them again

I hired Line Construction to do replacement of shingles and siding. Jaan and his team work efficiently and they did an amazing job. They also clean up after themselves. I’ve now hired Line Construction to do major renovations inside my home.

I am very pleased the quality of the work Finish work was it outstanding After the complete project descend, special cleaning crew We are very happy with Jaan and his team

Jaan quoted 30k for a roof stairway. Then increased the quote to 50k to do some additional work. After that additional work was done he disappeared and was impossible to contact. Over seven months have transpired and nothing. So I ended up paying 30k for a project that went nowhere. Do not trust Jaan and especially do not pay him in cash.

I hired Jaan and his crew for my backyard transformation . Jaan and his crew installed new fencing , pavers , an out door fire grill. The were very punctual , and provided excellent quality of work

Line Construction was very professional, courteous, on time, and did a great job replacing our sidewalk in mid-town Manhattan, NY. They were very attentive to our needs and the sidewalk was done impeccably. Line also arranged for a watchman to stay the night to prevent passers-by from leaving footsteps, designs, or snarky messages for us to have to see forever. I will put Line at the top of my list for future jobs.

Line Construction deserves 10 plus stars! Really Good and great service. I am very, very happy with the installation of my roof. I highly recommend the hardworking Line Construction Group and Crew! Many thanks!

This company was fantastic! It is so difficult to find contractors you can trust who are reliable, licensed, and finish the job on time. Line construction met and exceeded all my expectations. The company updated my roof, did repairs and a whole new top portion and new gutters for me. The work was excellent! I have high standards in everything that I do and this company is it. They approached my project with care and from the initial interaction with the owners, to every person who worked on the job it was top notch. The roof is not only installed well, but it looks great. The work was done neatly and not even a speck of dust was left behind. I will be using them again and again

They did brick work and a brand new wall in front of my house. The father and son are amazing super sweet people and understanding. The work is neat. They demolish the old wall, clean up and did it over. I would recommend anyone to them, they made working with them smooth and stress free.

Line construction group was recommended to me by a friend of mine and Im so glad I chose them!!! Their work was worth every penny! Everything was done just how I imagined. Jaan was very professional and explained all the process and went through every little detail resulting nothing but perfection! Will definitely recommend them.

My Husband and I was very lucky to have hired Mr Jaan. He is the best iâ ve seen so far. He is honest . He is committed. The work was completed earlier then expected. Excellent work. I will hired him for future work

JAAN was very knowledgeable and professional. Always on time and worked efficiently. He was honest and took pride in the work of his company. The house looks brand new down to the finest details.

Loved these guys! Our basement got flooded and we had a few other contractors run from this job. This team was Always professional and on time. They worked fast but was still on neat and tidy I have already found some other things I need to rehire them in my home for.

It was honestly great working with Jaan and his team. They were consistently on time and finished the project right on time for thanksgiving. If your looking for a new roof this is perfect team for the job. Looking forward to getting my driveway done this spring!

If youâ re looking for a team that is hard working, committed to excellence, listens to the customer and provides valuable information to understand the process, look no further. Jaan and his team at Line Construction Group does that and so much more. I was a little indecisive before the project began but Jaan showed me several options and cost variance, took me to look at materials and was very patient until I made my final decision. Every step of the way, Jaan was present at the site to ensure that top notch work was performed. Any questions I had during the process was answered completely and without hesitation. After seeing the progress, I even had them demo and redo the landing as well. Because of the workmanship, I have another project for Line Construction within the next month and another one for the spring. I am beyond pleased with the results and my steps are the talk of the town. Best contractor ever!!!!

I do not usually take the time to write reviews but Line deserves a recommendation. I called on a Tuesday for an estimate with the intention of getting three estimates from three different companies. Jaan the owner scheduled an appointment and was at my door two hours later. He inspected the roofing job I needed done and gave me what I thought was a very reasonable estimate. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out things I had not noticed. I thought the price was good and we agreed to start the job. I was so satisfied with his apparent expertise and the price that I did not even get the other two estimates. By mutual agreement the job was started three days later. It took two days to complete with Jaan supervising daily. When completed Jaan came to my house and walked me through the work that was done to make sure I was satisfied. It only took five days from my initial call to the job completion.. I am very satisfied with the work and the professionalism of Line and would highly recommend them and hired them again.

I will highly recommend Jaan and his team. The project was done on time, he came back and did a walk through to make sure I was satisfied. Great job.

Japan is a pleasant Peron to work with.

the best and fastest service

We were very lucky to have hired Jan, the contract worker who repaired our roof. He came highly recommended and we were extremely satisfied with his workmanship, professionalism, and the affordable value of the services he provided in repairing our roof. He was fast, reliable and he followed up as he would. The work was done professionally and took concern in our urgency to get it done as soon as possible. We've found our roof contractor for always!

Very professional, and does good work

In a crowded field on contractors, Line Construction Group definitively stands out above all. Line Construction Group did a fantastic job repairing my fascia and gutters on my roof at a price point that matched their professional workmanship. Jaan did a great job communicating the issue and resolution and was very detailed in his workmanship and cleanliness involving the task. I would definitely hire Line Construction for the remaining projects/maintenance and look forward to working with the company in the near future.

They really did a good job in my house. I highly recommend them, because they really know what they are doing. and the workers are responsible and so educated.

He is a detail minded person and his work is always completed with high quality. He is very focused and conscious of every detail in his work. He always asks for immediate feedback and takes constructive criticism well. He applies any feedback to his current and future projects to ensure he is performing his work adequately. He strives to satisfy customer needs. I fully recommend him for the work and be happy to hire them again for my future projects.
