Andy was very knowledgeable and even though I already purchased a replacement fan; it was not the correct one. He ordered a better one Panasonic and installed it within an hour. He had to even make the opening a little bigger. It is very quiet. He also fixed the eye sensor on my outside light pole. I will use his services again.

During the stay-at-home, we noticed the dining room chandelier was coming down. We asked for a quote from several electricians, not knowing if any were working. Within a minute of registering, Andy called me and set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time, calling first, and did an excellent job. Andrew was AWESOME! Hands down one of the easiest people to work with! He was prompt for the first visit to give us an estimate which he gave on the spot. He started within a week and was done in a week's time. So from the time I contacted him until he was finished was 2 weeks! He was true to his word. Made good suggestion. I had a problem with dimmer switches that were installed for LED lights that confounded all of the electricians I called before I called Andy. 5 other professional electricians came out to survey the job and to give me estimates to repair the problem. Each of them spent considerable time assessing the situation and all five electricians came to the conclusion that the job was "outside their abilities". The last of the five recommended that I call Andy. Andy came out, looked at the dimmer switches and assured me that he could fix the problem. I hired him. He arrived when he said he would arrive. He used a heavy canvas cloth to protect my butcher block where he put his tools. He figured out the dimmer problem quickly and had it fixed in no time. Andy and Brian were also able to troubleshoot some switch mysteries that I had and replace an ancient, original, ceramic switch which was installed when the house was built, 65 years ago. They will be returning next week to install exterior outlets and a specialized outlet for exterior lighting that I will be putting in this fall. As someone who has had a series of contractors, plumbers, roofers and electricians in and out of my home over the past two years, I can say without reservation that Line Struck is at the TOP of my "satisfied customer" list. Poorly done electrical work can have dire consequences, save yourself the worry, and hire Line Struck.

I was selling my house and I hired Andy after the home inspection came back with issues. Andy not only took care of those issues, he found that my house wasn't grounded! The inspection didn't find that! Andy fixed it for a nominal fee. I certainly didn't want to sell a house with a safety issue, even if it wasn't on the inspection! Great customer service. Did the work on time and I couldn't be happier! Very, very pleased!

Left a message on Sunday, Andy returned the call in the afternoon, and we discussed my issues, and arranged a Tuesday appt. Andy was a little early, but he called to make sure it was convenient. He upgraded circuit breakers in the garage/workshop. Replaced a breaker in the main panel. He was efficient, professional and friendly. Explained what was being done. His rate was very reasonable. I highly recommend Andy, and if I need other work I know where to go

Was punctual for the estemate and actual job. Did good work for a good price. He did everything in a good and timely manner. The only negative was he could have had better equipment for cleaning up after. He was aware and may have made the adjustment by now.
