Robert and his team did our kitchen and bathroom remodel in Red Hook and it was excellent and thorough. In the middle of the pandemic he was able to stick to his deadlines and timeline and complete the work. It was clean, professional, he worked with us to accommodate our requests. His team was professional and made sure all the work was done according to specifications. The completed projects in the kitchen and bathroom looked excellent. We would hire Robert and his team again for any of our future remodeling work.

Robert and his Link Construction team are fantastic. Robert is always available for questions and has great communication. His team is a group of specialists. You need a floor installed he brings in that team. He has a different team for cabinetry; a team for painting and so on. Instead of having a few guys that do everything well he has specialists that do specific jobs exceptionally well. His team works hard, works quickly, and efficiently. Link Construction is reasonably priced. Robert offers tremendous recommendations for what will look good with his keen eye and experience in the industry. My wife and I bought the tiles, backsplash, appliances, cabinets, and countertops. Robert and his team did the demo, removal of everything, and installation of everything. We couldn't be happier with the work of his team and the speed at which they got everything completed. They work so quickly they were waiting on the countertops to come in! His team also hung 3 doors for us and assisted in getting our appliances upstairs into the kitchen. A really great group of guys led by a great leader. We can't wait to have money in the budget again to get a couple projects done this summer. Thanks Robert and Link Construction!

Robert was very professional and took the time to listen to what we wanted to do, he and his crew provided additional value added services like picking up our flooring at no additional cost and delivering it to the house. The first two days the crew did an impeccable job of installation and staying on schedule; the next two days when Robert was at another site the crew came later than they advised and were not quite as motivated with one team member talking on his phone quite a bit. We were pleased with the install, clean up could have been a little better but we would definitely use them again. Roberts professionalism, attention to detail, suggestions, and servants heart certainly won our vote of confidence. We have used two other companies for interior home projects and the service we received with Robert far surpassed the other two. We liked Roberts service enough that we asked for estimates on 2 additional jobs.

Precise Painting did an excellent job painting the outside of our house. The exterior of our house looks beautiful! The painters worked efficiently and neatly and left the property clean and in the same condition they found it. They replaced one of our old shutters that fell and broke when they took it down. I would definitely hire them again to do other painting work.

My only feedback to them would be to do a better clean up at the end - my house was left with a film of wallboard dust everywhere. A small price to pay for a mint job.
