We had a complete bathroom remodel of our 95 year old bathroom and updated my kitchen counters and sink. Keith and John helped design an updated bathroom which fits with the older architecture of our house. Very happy with the outcome. It is difficult to give good and timely customer service in a "COVID" environment, but they kept in touch with us daily, so that we knew what to expect. I would definitely use them again.

Every last detail was taken care of, and we couldnt be happier with our final result! We were blown away at the level of customer service and could expect almost daily communication to let us know where we were at in the process and what we could expect for the day. We were also impressed at the level of coordination, during a pandemic no less, and how our timeline stayed on track. The sub-contractors were equally amazing and were skilled, respectful, knowledgeable and all played a role in delivering a beautiful kitchen! It is evident by their expertise with design and layout to paint colors and floor finishes to overall project management, they know what they are doing and made it as easy as possible for us. We are so happy to have worked with Linne Renovations and cant recommend them enough!

I hired Linne Renovations to remodel my basement and what a fantastic experience! Keith and John are awesome to work with! Their communication and attention to detail were top-notch, and their Rolodex of sub-contractors were all top-rate. Communication is definitely the key to a successful remodel. LInne Renovations does an excellent job at it! This was my first remodel (kitchen and new bar install) and it went great! Knowing the plan ahead of time helped to understand the process and know what might have to be reworked when plans (as they always do with big projects) have to be tweaked. We finished up a basement renovation with Linne Renovations and are SO pleased with the final product. Keith and John were excellent to work with. We were so impressed with their responsiveness, transparency, knowledge and patience. They answered every question quickly and we felt totally comfortable handing the project over to them. We had talked about this renovation for almost 10 years - Keith and John were able to complete it on time, on budget and with very little disruptions to our daily routines. We hired Linne Renovations a few months ago for a basement remodel to reno our basement laundry room into a separate renovated laundry and full bathroom. From the start, Keith and John were extremely easy to work with and always easy to get in touch with. They were always in communication with us with what was going on with the day-to-day projects and where we stood on the timeline as well as staying on budget. Everything with Linne Renovations and his team was always professional and timely. Our project finished right on schedule, which was even more impressive, given that we were asking that the project be completed during COVID times. After everything was said and done, Keith and John did everything to double and triple-check to make sure that we were completely satisfied with our project (which we were and still are). We engaged Linne Renovations for the purpose of creating a master bathroom. We were referred to them by friends and we quickly realized that Keith and his company would be a good fit for our project as well. With this being our first major construction project Keith was patient with us as we worked through all of the major decisions and planning and explained pros and cons of different scenarios. He also had a lot of good ideas to share that never would have occurred to us on our own. The start of the project ended up being delayed due to COVID with issues obtaining permits and materials, but Keith and his team kept us up to date as best as they could. There was constant communication with daily updates and in person or video reviews before major steps of the project were completed to ensure that we were all on the same page. We couldnâ t be happier with the end result of our new master bathroom and would definitely refer Linne Renovations to our friends and family.

Linne Renovations is outstanding! They completed a large project for us--a basement remodel including bathroom addition, mainfloor wall removal, and cabinet installation--and did it all in ~6 weeks. They stand out as an excellent option for a couple reasons: - Pricing: Keith offered a transparent, detailed price structure from the initial bid on the project. This detail allowed us to plug & play to understand how small decisions changed our price. He updated our estimate multiple times through the project. Final pricing came in very close to the initial estimate. We were really pleased with the value they offered. - Communication/Customer Service: Keith & John were both fabulous to work with. They are likeable, fair, patient, and take the time to make sure the customer is happy and has all questions answered. Several times we had questions come up throughout the project, and were always able to get immediate follow-up from Keith. Our 2-year old practically worshiped these two. - Project Management: Foolishly, we decided to bite off this huge project just weeks before our daughter was born. We trusted the project to get done with a clear, daily-detailed project plan. They stayed remarkably on time the entire project, and were clear to communicate deviations from plan, with fair rationale. Keith and John were super responsive to all of our requests. They helped guide us with selections when we couldn't make a decision on our own. They were so professional and we are thrilled with the way everything turned out. Especially how quickly they got the remodel done! An all around great experience. Highly recommend!

My bathroom renovation consisted of removing a bathtub and installing a walk-in shower, in addition to new bath hardware, ceiling fan/light. During the renovation they protected my floor and existing cabinetry, along with sealing off the rest of the bedroom to minimize dust and dirt. Additionally I added a window replacement to the project. Keith and John were great to work with - answered every question I had promptly, communicated every day throughout the short project letting me know who would be coming and at what time. I love my renovated bathroom and would highly recommend Linne Renovations!

We hired Linne Renovations to build a new bathroom in our unfinished basement space. We could not be happier with the results! Both Keith (Linne) and John (Juran) are extremely knowledgeable. They were professional and forward while guiding us through the renovation process. They happily answered questions and offered opinions but were always responsive to our preferences as homeowners. They were also extremely accessible. They provided us weekly (if not daily) updates on the progress and plan for our project. They also encouraged us to contact them with questions and concerns and were always quick to provide an answer or response. They kept our project moving forward. Our project happened to fall as the COVID-19 crisis was ramping up and they were wonderful at listening to our concerns and working out a plan that allowed us to be comfortable while continuing with our project. Further, they produced a quality (and beautiful) product. Throughout the process we emphasized wanting a bathroom that was functional and easy to maintain. Both Keith and John -were able to make suggestions that ultimately led to a bathroom that fits our wants while also being beautiful -were insistent on quality work and finishes that met their high standards -are down-to-earth, kind, and quality individuals (as were many of their sub-contractors) We always felt they were honest with us and had our best interests at the forefront. We certainly will recommend Linne Renovations to our family and friends.

People, Professionalism, Price and Execution. 5 Star rating on all fronts. Keith Linne and his Project Manager John Juran, along with superb sub contractors completely remodeled my Kitchen and Living Room from studs to completion all during the Covid Crisis from March 1 - May 1. Keith and Johns communication was second to none. From Day 1 to Day 62 - every phone call, text message was quickly and promptly responded to. There was not a day that I did not get a text from John Juran advising me of the days activities, and when the sub contractors were to arrive. Quite amazing really. True peace of mind. Keith targeted a May 1 completion, and May 1 it was done. The quality of the sub contract work in all facets was superb. I am in the commercial construction business and was surprised to find a residential contractor of this caliber. Would I recommend Keith and his team? I do not think I will have anyone else work on future remodels. Linne or bust! Quite simply the most honest, most competent, most communicative team of professionals I have ever worked with in the trades. Hats off to Linne Renovation. Could not be happier with the final product that I can be proud to entertain in, and enjoy for years to come.

We reached out to Keith Linne from Linne Renovations to renovate two bathrooms, a master bathroom and an upstairs hall bathroom. We have worked with other contractors before and can easily say Linne Renovations is by far the best we have worked with. Keith and his partner John listened to our ideas, needs, wants and expectations for the project and crafted a custom proposal specifically with those in mind. At the top of our list was to have minimal disruption to our family and complete the project quickly. Keith was successful in managing to that in his execution. Additionally, his ideas and craftsmanship are top notch. All subcontractors were also excellent, very kind to our family and diligent in their area of responsibility. I would highlight especially Keiths communication and attention to detail. He kept us up to date on status throughout, often with daily communication. When he communicated they would be here, they were here as promised on time. Keith was clear and direct in terms of both design and budget. He worked with us to meet design concepts that we were not able to put on paper ourselves and brought new ideas to the design process that we had not considered. In fact, the design for our hallway bathroom was achieved basis those recommended from Keith. He was also direct and clear when certain things we wanted were not feasible and why not. We really liked his approach in terms of budget. The change request approach and process was very clear and direct. Any deviations to the budget were clearly communicated which gave us the opportunity to respond prior to proceeding. No surprises. Additionally, Keith worked with us to stay on budget overall when we elected to make changes, recommending alternatives in other areas to accommodate the difference. We can not recommend Linne Renovations enough. In fact, we plan to work with the them again in the future for another large remodel.

We reached out to Keith Linne, owner at Linne Rennovations for a remodel on an upstairs bathroom. They tore out drywall to the studs, added a vent fan, redid lighting, added a waterproof window in the shower, redid shower surround tiling with a custom niche as well as refinished cabinets and vanity. From the beginning, Keith was professional, responsive and detailed during the estimating process. Keith added a lot of value during estimating with thoughtful questions and provided solid design suggestions that helped set the foundation of our budget and guided the rest of the project. John, Project Manager was also very friendly, responsive and well spoken. All the subs hired by Linne Rennovations were friendly and professional as well. My wife and dog were at home on occasion and all the guys treated our home an family with respect. Keith or John checked in with us almost daily with updates and any changes. The finished project took a few days longer than anticipated due to Labor Day holiday and some changes with one of the subcontractors schedules, but overall not a big deal as they were on top of the communication with us at all hours of the day. The project did come in under budget by a couple hundred dollars as the original estimate was very meticulously put together and the numbers were communicated clearly which allowed us to make smart decisions about the selections we chose. The quality of work done was great and they jumped on the minimal punch list items we had and fixed them within 24 hrs as well. I would highly recommend Linne Rennovations, Keith and John are professional, communicate well and are very customer service oriented which is rare in the contracting world, not to mention they are honest, hardworking, stand up guys.

Linne Renovations has handled two full remodel projects for us: our bathroom in 2016 and our kitchen in 2019. Our home was built in 1925 and any time you demo a room in a house that is almost 100 years old, you know to expect the unexpected. Keith Linne has been outstanding to work with, as he is quick to communicate when there are any issues and always has a solution or other options to present to keep the project moving forward. His high level of communication, knowledge, attention to detail, and positive attitude during our 2016 bathroom remodel made it an easy decision when it came to who would handle our 2019 kitchen remodel. We are very pleased with the results of both our bathroom and our kitchen. Linne Renovations completely transformed our 1949 basement from a cement dungeon to a beautiful family room, guest room/office and bathroom. From concept, planning to the construction phase their communication and workmanship was outstanding. Keith, John and the crews were professional, respectful and enjoyable to work with. There were no surprises when it came to budget and timeline and they were flexible around the needs of my family with young children. This is the second project Linne Renovations has completed for our family and we will be hiring them in the future again!

We received a number of quotes from different companies for our project, but we latched onto Linne Renovations right away. They were so personable and attentive to our needs, and the company did OUTSTANDING work on our renovation. We've the envy of our friends and family now that our new dining room has been added onto the house. Every detail from framing all the way to finishing and painting were absolutely perfect. Perhaps the biggest perk for someone looking for a contractor - the project was done on time and on budget. I could not possibly recommend them more. In fact, I anticipate I'll be hiring them for a different renovation in the near future.

Keith was extremely organized and communicated everything clearly. The first time we met he impressed me with his knowledge of the trades and ability to cost estimate on the fly. His preliminary estimate, final estimate and final construction cost did not change. His estimate was competitive compared to the other contractors we interviewed, but really differentiated himself with his knowledge, suggestions and organization. We picked up on that quick into our first meeting. He worked diligently prior to us signing a contract making sure all our scope was defined and priced in a line item format. As construction started, he and his crews kept to the schedule and did not go over budget. He held his subcontractors accountable and they all had really good things to say about working with him. We had no change orders because of his transparency with the scope and the allowances were appropriately estimated in the bid phase. Any corrections to their work were fixed in a timely manner and he kept good notes and tracked all the corrections. Really a true professional.

We were beyond pleased with everything but especially 3 thing. Organization/timing: Keith kept to a strict schedule and communicated with us on a daily basis. His communication style is open and honest and if you choose to use him, you are expected to operate the same way in return. It makes the whole process easier. He was onsite almost daily and made sure things were done in a quality way and on time. Any time something was amended, he kept us informed on how that would affect price or scheduling. He has a great sense of how to minimize any disruption. Our lifestyle was minimally disrupted because he was able to schedule projects to be completed without delay. There was rarely a day without someone in our home working. Relationships With Subs: Keith has an amazing network of subcontractors and specialists who he taps into for his projects. He finds experts in their field who show up on time and have high standards/work ethic. There were many days when more than one tradesman would be working in the house talking about Keith and how much they like working on his projects because he is a great contractor who is organized. If something needed extra attention, he was able to get them back on the project without hesitation. Budget/Contract: Keith was open, realistic and up front about costs. We were cost conscious, and he respected that. He kept the contract up to date/current and would keep us in the loop along the way. He gave us choices to help us budget, and if things would change, he would communicate immediately so we could make decisions prior to proceeding. We have the utmost respect for the way Keith chooses to operate his business and will use him for our next project...bathrooms!
