Lion Fence, LLC

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Cheikh Senghor of Lion Fence LLC (an administratively dissolved entity in the state of Georgia) entered into a contract with me totaling $14685,75 all taxes included. I paid the required deposit of $9500 for the purchase of material with the balance to be paid after the fence installation. He never purchased material, never installed my fence, and has failed to refund my $9500. We paid our deposit by the end of January and for 6 weeks, Cheikh Senghor gave numerous excuses why the fence work could not start: 1. It is raining where the material is located (even though it was not raining at my home) 2. He had to fire the business partner who had to work on my fence 3. The babysitter got rear-ended so he had to watch the baby 4. The day before another promised start date, he asked, did you call 811? I said yes. They never showed up. 5. His wife had to work so he had to watch the baby. 6. It rained the night before. Again, no rain at my property, and Atlanta had amazing weather during February. 7. He is sick. Leaves a message coughing. And, doctors can diagnose what is wrong with him. 8. He is at the doctor 7. He has Jummah at 2:15 pm EST so can not send receipts showing he spent the $9500 or part thereof on the material. He never sent proof. 8. He has to watch the baby 9. He is sick and & still at the doctors appointment 10. Work will start in the morning, for sure, no work, no workers, no material. There are more excuses. I continuously asked him what was honestly causing the delay. I asked him about the material. He told me it was on his trailer. Then, on Friday, March 10, he told my fiance that it was at a fence supplier located in Marietta, GA. We called the supplier and, yup, you guessed it, there was no such order ever placed and no such order pending pickup. We gave him many benefits of the doubt. He was scheduled to start work on Monday, March 13, and on Sunday, March 12, he sent a message at 10:42 pm stating that he was canceling the contract. I was not surprised. He is a scam artist. He said I would get my refund in full today. And as of 10 pm, on Monday, March 13, I have not received a penny towards his repayment of my $9500. DO NOT TRUST CHEIKH SENGHOR. AND, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM IN ANY CAPACITY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LION FENCE. LION FENCE is not a registered entity in the state of Georgia. This company was referred to me by a neighbor who had a great experience when the company was new and growing. That was then, this is now. As you can see from recent reviews, I am not alone in my distaste for the dishonesty and unprofessionalism shown by Mr. Senghor.

They fenced in my backyard and did a great job! They were fast and cleaned up everything!!

They were very helpful at scheduling the installation even with all the rainy weather we've had recently. Quick install and the fence and gates look beautiful!

Lion fence was quick and got the job done. The gates to the fence weren’t exactly what we wanted and they’re on unlevel ground, but he came back to attempt to fix one. It’s still not ideal, but the fence looks great and we have one working gate.

Shaq is a very honest person. He did what he said he was going to do for the price we agreed to. The quality of his work is EXCELLENT! If I had another fence project, I would hire Lion Fence (Shaq) in a heart beat.

Great, customer friendly, quick and easy to work with. Final product was also great in quality and look!

Top of the line very professional

This business was very proactive with their approach to making sure we felt informed about the process. Excellent outcome!
