Readily available for a free estimate, willing to price match other vendors. The technician was knowledgeable and explained the job, costs, materials, etc., and quickly completed it. The door has never been quieter after fixing the broken spring, and they provided a maintenance service.

I had a new garage system installed last year and have had issues with it working in extreme heat or cold. Each time a technician came out, they blamed cobwebs or leaves. I was told I'd receive a membership covering visits and repairs (normally $69 per visit). Recently, I called about an issue and mentioned the membership; they said they?d look into it but never followed up. A tech came out, said the same as others, and didn?t fix the issue. I was later told my membership had expired two weeks prior and that even with a membership, the $69 fee still applied?contrary to what I was originally told. The technicians were friendly, but the problem remains unsolved. I fully expect the system to fail again in extreme weather. The lack of communication about membership terms is frustrating. I wouldn?t have scheduled a visit if I knew the membership had expired or that I?d be charged. Their service model is unclear, and I recommend finding a more transparent company.

The repairman did a great job. However, he had to drive over and hour to get here and was 1 1/2 hours late. Labor charges were expensive.

Quick response, early appointment the next day, and professional interaction with the technician. All in all what I was hoping for. The total cost didn’t match Angi’s predictive algorithm, but I’m satisfied.

They were immediately available to come out on a Sunday afternoon and complete our needed repairs. Eli was very courteous and professional and it was a joy to get the opportunity to know him in the brief time he was repairing our garage door....GREAT JOB!
