We hired Lionheart Electric before as they were literally the next block over from our house for an attic outlet install. For that visit I gave them a 5 star rating, but for this one, much lower. After two contact request emails over about a week period to their G mail address we finally called to setup service on a Thursday. We were told they could come out the next day but that did not work for us so we scheduled for the following Tuesday at 8:30 AM. Tuesday came and went and there was no phone call even to say why they could not be there. If it was because of Covid-19 then that is understandable, but to commit to a time for an installation then not show up or call is unprofessional.

Jason was right on time. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Made sure to ask me how we wanted the microwave centered. I will definitely use them again.

Jason was knowledgeable and thoughtful about the job to install a generator transfer function to our electric panel. He does careful and meticulous work, and is pleasant to work with.

Conscientious, prompt, efficient. Showed up when he said he would. Very careful to preserve as much of the landscaping as possible.
