Andrew sent me and estimate of which I approved, and then requested payment. I regret to say I sent the payment. He made several excuses the next about why he wasn't going to show. He promised to come the day after. It has now been 6 days. I have not seen him and he is not answering calls, texts or emails. I implore you to not get scammed like I did. Do not give this company the time of day. DO NOT HIRE!

Appliance (Major Gas Appliance) Installation and Replacement
I hired Andrew from Lions Den Logistics to install a 50-gallon gas water heater and a range hood. He had to leave before finishing the job, but he assured me that he would return quickly and finish the work. After almost two weeks, I sent him a text requesting a time and date to finish the job. He replied that he had been very busy and would contact me that evening to schedule. I also sent him a picture showing him that there was a water leak coming from one of the lines that he installed to the water heater. He did not contact me as promised. There are four large screws protruding from the shelf above the range hood, which he was supposed to cut off so that I could use the shelf again, and the empty 50-gallon tank has not been removed as promised. After another week, I sent him another text, requesting that he return and finish the job. He has not responded to three more texts that I sent to him. It has been almost two months now. Unfortunately, I paid him in full for the work.

These people are fraudulent, they have no base of work, they do not have a business card, and they ask for a payment for an individual instead of a company. They cut off me on occasions, they have not communicated with me since he came back to "fix it".

"I would like to just clear up the air and inform our customers that we are in no way fraudulent. We are a small, well established local based company for the past 7 years now. We did the work we charged the customer for at a more than fair rate because we pride ourselves in our customer satisfaction ratings over the years. As far as the base goes as I said we are a small , legitimate LLC consisting of 3 employees and operating out of a garage turned shop out of our home in Byron Center, which allows us to keep our overhead down and provide our customers with quality work at a fraction of our competitions prices. We hope you get taken care of."
