Lionsgate Construction Services

I was impressed when the owner showed up on the deck to test some areas to deal with insurance carriers and the claim to be submitted for approval by insurance adjuster.

Lionsgate is the best!!!! As first time homeowners, we had spent several months looking for the best contractor to help with our basement remodel-- and we are so happy that we found Alex, Gina, Sam, and the entire LionsGate team. Some qualities that made them the most ideal partner for the job: ⁃ They worked within our budget without sacrificing quality ⁃ Alex navigated the convuluted permitting process way more effectively than we ever could have (and likely other contractors may have given up on some aspects of the job) ⁃ They continuously checked in to make sure the finished project matched our vision. No detail was too small ⁃ LionsGate works with a team of top tier electricians, plumbers, tile designers/setters, etc. which made the entire process seamless. We could rest easy knowing every aspect of the job was covered by vetted professionals, without needing to find them ourselves. The final product is a basement which is stylish, modernized, and livable. It truly exceeded our expectations! With LionsGate we've found a partner for life, and are already eyeing other areas in our home that could use an update. Thank you 🙂

We’ve had an outstanding experience working with Lionsgate Construction Services on our massive home renovation project. From the very beginning, Alex and Fabian have been incredibly responsive, communicative, professional, and patient throughout every step of the process. One of the things we appreciated most was how quickly they were able to accommodate our project within our very tight moving timeline — without ever sacrificing professionalism, quality, or proper permitting requirements. They moved quickly while still making us feel like every detail was being handled the right way. This renovation has involved extensive work across nearly every part of our home, and their team has managed it with an impressive level of organization, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. They’ve consistently kept us informed, answered questions thoroughly, and worked collaboratively with us through countless decisions and changes along the way. Large renovations can easily feel overwhelming, but Alex and Fabian have made the experience feel manageable and supported from start to finish. Their crews have also been respectful, hardworking, and have maintained a clean and organized worksite throughout the project. What stands out most is how much they genuinely care — not just about the quality of the work, but about making sure we feel informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. We’re continually impressed by the transformation taking place and are so grateful we chose Lionsgate Construction Services for this project. Highly recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend LionsGate highly enough! They’ve helped me with several home projects, including repairing my fence and gate, helping with a tree after a windstorm, and tracking down and repairing multiple difficult-to-find pipe issues and leaks in my crawl space. I especially appreciated how carefully they approached the crawl space work, taking the time to find the problems without making excessive holes or unnecessary damage. They’re reliable, knowledgeable, responsive, and take pride in doing the job right. It’s such a relief to have a company I can trust when something goes wrong. I’m incredibly grateful for all their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend LionsGate!

They did a fantastic job on my bathroom remodel. They finished faster than expected with a bonus shower shelf! After that awesome job, I had the team rebuild my rotting deck. It looks amazing. So much better than expected!
