Foundation, Basement or Crawlspace Waterproofing / Encapsulation
Leo and his crew did a an amazing job! Less the 24 hours after finishing, their work was tested with flash flooding we had the following morning. Not a drop of water was seen in our basement. Leo and his crew have their process down to a science, they are a very efficient crew. They were very respectful of our property, and their work sites were always clean. Leo wants his customers to be completely satisfied with their work, he asked us a few times if we were happy with everything. He also guarantees their work for life. The price was more than fair and they got our entire basement waterproofed in 3 days.
We chose this company because they’re local and they have 5 star reviews on three different sites. We’re so glad we did! We highly recommend Lionel Waterproofing if you have issues with water leaks in your basement.

Leo and crew did an amazing job constructing the frame work for our vaulted ceilings. Exceptional quality that passed inspection on first go. Very quick and efficient and at an honest price. Will definitely use them again if need be.
