Tom seemed to be professional and have good references. He was paid on the last day of the project because he only had a couple hours of work left. He took the money and left. He failed to complete the project. His team left the concrete forms, my yard in complete disrepair (ruts, dried concrete piles, and uneven terrain), broke and electrical outlet, and substandard concrete projects. It's been two 1/2 weeks and he fails to return my calls. I have had to clean up his mess and will be taking him to court. Terrible contractor that left a flooded family to complete the project on their own. I will never use him again or refer him to anyone.

My experience with Lipstin Homes, in particular Tom Austin was absolutely fantastic. He got exactly what I wanted done. Done on time and on budget and he made some very valuable suggestions. Provided some very meaningful input that ultimately made the project even better than I anticipated it to be.

Friendly and hard working. Completed the job just the way I wanted and 100% square and level. I would certainly use them again.

The project was top notch!!! The creativity and professionalism of this contractor exceeded our expectations. Our backyard has been transformed into an oasis for family and friends to enjoy for years! I would highly reccomend Lipstin Homes to anyone looking to build an inground pool or needing concrete patios. They were EXCELLENT!

The crew was great. They had a very strong work ethic. They kept me involved in the decision making through out the construction. I would have this group of men work on my house again. There are a few areas of the deck that aren't perfect and I wish looked a little neater, but overall we are pleased.

He is the only contractor I will recommend and use.
