Brick, Stone or Block Wall Installation
Work was completed as planned and on schedule. BUT... this contractor did not pay his debts to the concrete company or rock company that he used. Now they are calling me wanting payment for their materials that were delivered to my address! It's outrageous and offensive. One company is threatening to place a lien on my house for nonpayment materials he arranged to be delivered. I'm on solid legal ground because I signed no contract with anyone but the original contractor, but it is really frustrating to get calls and letters because this snake has no ethics. My check cleared right away, but he had no intention of paying his debts

Patt was very professional and informative during the project. He kept in good contact to let me know the activities as they occurred. This was very helpful as the weather impacted the schedule regularly. The crew was very professional and the site preparation, the final product, and work area cleanup was handled superbly.

Swimming Pool -Remodel
We had a few communication issues with Liquid Dreams at the beginning of the project, but the work was completed on time and looks great. Patt has been out once on a warranty call that ended up being unrelated to the remodel. Overall we feel like we got a lot of value for the price of the remodel.

Patt is a true professional. The quality of his work is outstanding. I never had to provide a list of issues because there were none. I have had several friends,who have pools of their own, say that they wish they had gone with Patt because of his strict attention to detail and unique custom design leading to a complete, enjoyable solution.
