Liquid FX was referred by a family friend with 25+ years in the pool industry in Idaho. All we had in mind was a budget. Brandon came out and talked with us about how we would use the pool and backyard area and came up with a great design. He even connected us with a landscaper that really added the icing on the cake to our backyard. The entire build process went well. The team communicated with us every step of the way and was always available to answer questions. We continue to use them for regular maintenance and opening and closing of the pool in the Spring and Fall. The communication tools they've put in place over the last year have been extremely valuable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any of your pool needs.

Had Brandon put in a new inground pool. He made the whole process easy. Made the schedule and was done on time with every aspect of the job. When pool was finished Brandon and his crew were amazing with all the final touches and making sure we knew how everything worked. Professional and friendly. They evaluated my hot but, gave me a bid and then did what was necessary to fix it I had leaks in the tub which required multiple visits. They were prompt and always shared what they found I will use them again, and will recommend them to anyone who needs hot tub repair.

I contacted Brandon in the a.m. He said he would contact his service man and that I would be contacted by 11 or 12 a.m. Ryan was here promptly and immediately knew what the problem was. He showed me a burned spot on the circuit board. He easily could have ordered a new one, but said he might have the parts and be able to repair it, which in turn would save me some money. He got it repaired and now it works like a charm. I love that one day service. I would highly recommend Premier Pool or Spa However, he said he might have the parts and be able to repair it, which would be cheaper than a new board. What a great service man!

This contractor found the problem immediately and went out of his way to acquire parts and repair the sauna in one afternoon.
