Liquid Illusions, LLC

I hired Liquid Illusions to repair an existing paver walkway on the side of my house. They took up the pavers and old landscape timbers then left and did not come back after leaving a pile of creosote railroad ties and a pile of dirt they brought out. After repeated phone calls one of the owners, Dee Ann, came out and said they could not finish the job after I gave them $1200.00 of a $2000.00 bid. Her husband came out and picked up the creosote railroad ties that were brought out by Todd. She said they would refund my money, but so far, after 3 weeks, no money returned. Sidewalk torn up so cannot use, and have a pile of dirt they brought out and not sure if it is useable to use to install a paver sidewalk. No one answers my calls to them. I am a Senior citizen with very little help and feel like I have been scammed and treated badly. Just want my sidewalk done before Winter! Don't know what to do or where to go to get help! Everyone seemed so nice and trustworthy at first but have left me hanging! I did not want to have to write a review like this.

They did a fantastic job what else can I say.

I would definitely recommend Todd and Tony for any project. They were very helpful and followed through with everything. Everything was completed in a timely manner. I will be hiring them to do future projects for me.

I want to thank Todd & Tony for the great work. Since my husbands stoke we had requirements for low rise stairs and space to fit everything. Also the price was fair for our requests. I feel like we have an absolute gem. You couldn't have better.

They were very courteous, they did everything we asked from them and more. We will call them back for future projects and highly recommend them.

I want to begin by saying that I am hard to please. I usually do it myself if I can. I really didn’t plan on paying someone to do the work; but Liquid Illusions quote was unbeatable so I said ok. I don’t think that I have ever had a company care as much as Liquid Illusions and Todd. He and Blake did more than what the contract specified. They called when they said they would and they showed up when they said they would. They prepared and stained my house; prepared and stained my garage; and prepared, fixed and stained my deck. Because there was some overspray on my windows, yes, they even did windows. They also cleaned up after the job was complete. My house looks new and I could not be happier. I have other work that needs to be done at my daughter Lisa’s home and I will ask Liquid Illusions to do that work.

We are extremely please with the work that was done for us. Todd and his crew did a great job, and we are now enjoying and will enjoy our deck and front porch for years to come. Thanks to Todd Rhoads and his crew of Liquid Illusions.
