Preston was First Class and did an awesome job replacing our pump, filter and light! We used another company at first and waited 5 days for a tech to come out to tell us that we need to replace our pool pump and filter, then after 3 days with no call back on a quote we called Adam who gave us a quote within 30 minutes and scheduled the service to replace equipment the next day! Liquidus not only has a GREAT and AWESOME tech who is Preston and who is very knowlegeable and LOVES his JOB, but also GREAT communication and response back time! We will start using Liquidus to maintain our pool bi monthly! Very trustworthy, very caring company! We highly recommend this company to you for all your pool needs! Thanks again Preston! Job well done!!

Wow. So very disappointing. These guys re-plastered my pool. Good there. Then, the pool lights went out (reinstalled when they plastered). They trouble shot, said there was no power to the lights. I paid electrician to replace the plugs /outlets/ junction boxes, confirmed power to the pool lights. Contacted Liquidus, and I was told that I need to pay them to re-wire the lights. Integrity is of utmost importance. I work very hard for my money. Now I need to pay someone else for Liquidus inability to stand by their work. Integrity will grow your business. Lack thereof will kill your reputation.

Hi Rick, per our discussion a few weeks ago I was sorry to hear of your further disappointment here. We always strive to weave what's right into everything we do. Our focus is always on ethical, honest, and respectful interactions which upholds our high internal standards. I know there was some frustration about the pool lights after your plaster work, so we took care of the replacement lights and gaskets at no cost to you. We also performed two (2) months of free pool cleaning services at your residence in an effort to give you the best customer experience you could have with Liquidus. Unfortunately when you contacted me in November of this year (2019), the manufacturer warranty and labor of (one (1) year each) had completed its cycle. We identified the housing for the lights to be the issue causing the tripped breaker and offered to replace them at the price we bid. I know your preference at that point was to weigh your options with other companies. We are still happy to help you with this matter if you need it, and we appreciate your business very much.
