July 29 we hired Lish to draw blueprints for Pemberton Rd in Atlanta, she said she would need 2-3 weeks. She asked for $1325.00 up front. We paid it and it cleared our bank account on July 30. Maybe twice a week I called, texted and emailed Lish for updates and asked her to schedule her site visit. She would email or text saying she would do it this week, but then reschedule every Thursday or Friday and say she would visit the house the following Monday or Tuesday. After 2 weeks of this, I asked her to commit to a date and time. She did. Then the morning she was to visit the house she emailed saying it was raining in Columbus where she lives and she asked me to visit the house for her and FaceTime her so she could do her site visit. I said no. So Immediately she emailed saying she can not make it and I should find another architect. She fired herself after 19 days of having our $1325.00 and she never sent us any work that she was supposedly working on.
