Damian installed a standby generator. His price was very reasonable and he did a nice job for us. Very pleasant to deal with as well.

My 200 Amp service entrance was ripped off the house during a storm. The power company hung it back up with spit and bubble gum. It was far drom a permanent job. Lite House was prompt and extremely reasonable. I live out of state so I have not actually seen this repair yet, but the tenant said it looks like a beautiful job. They gave me 2 estimates. The higher one was if the cable inside the broken piping was damaged. Well it turns out the cable was fine and the lower estimate was the cost. Very honest; they could have told me anything. Would definately recommend and use again.

The guys who did my work were awesome. On time, professional, pleasant and skilled. Their work was neat. The customer service on the other hand was less desirable. I was left with a unconnected stove with small children in my home for days, and just days before Christmas after being promised someone would come back out to connect my stove. After getting my money, my calls and needs were disregarded. I had to hire someone else and spend more money. Thought I found an honest electrician company, but I will never hire them again!!!!

The Generac unit came quickly, they contracted a plumber for Gas hookup to date he has cancelled 4 appointments, actually just did not show up. I called Lite House to compain 1 month later and they did not return my call. I also asked for electric work to be done at our dock before freezing and was told yes. again no one responds to emails and or phone calls. Very dissapointed as Damion seemed to be a very nice guy. I do not understand why they will not respond we paid the rate they asked for without negotiating. I hope to resolve this soon and I will change my review.

These guys are great--they show up on time, they do the work with a minimum of fuss, and offer a good price. I have several projects planned for the future and will use them for all.

Damion provided professional service and went above and beyond when some other work we were having done presented the opportunity to run an extra wire to our upstairs. He came back on very short notice and climbed up on our roof on a cold rainy night after a long day on another job to get the wire run before we had to close up the walls. I would highly recommend Lite House Electrical Corp. and plan to use their services again in the future when the need arises.

Very good work (patio lights in brick wall, outlets, changing location of garage light), & reasonable price. Perhaps best of all, they were on time & communicated very well. I also liked the fact that they were willing to do small projects, unlike other electricians who didn't want to bother with smaller jobs. A positive experience all-around, & highly recommended.

They were amazing and very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and that is a huge plus.

Damian and the team at Lite House were fantastic. Of the 3 home pros I contacted he was the only one to actually come by my house to give me an accurate estimate. They were in an out in no time and made sure to clean up after themselves.

At this time I am waiting for a decision to go ahead and have the project started. Lite House has been very professional during the quotation part of the project. At this time it is impossible to give an honest rating, however, If Lite House continues to be professional and curious/ I'm sure this experience will be a great one..

GOOD FOLLOW-UP AND FOLLOW-THRU...WORKMANSHIP WAS FIRST RATE AND TO SAFETY SPECIFICATIONS. I DIDN'T HAVE TO CHASE ANYONE EVEN WITH A DELAY IN A PART ARRIVAL i WAS KEPT UP TO DATE. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS FOR RESIDENTIAL WORK. THEY GET IT.

They were prompt , neat , and did an excellent job. What more could I want .. well they go the extra mile.. They will guide you and make suggestions after considering your needs. For me the suggestions I loved .. and Now I have outlets in places I didnt know I could and lights I didnt know I could since all was sheetrocked and painted~ I liked them enough to refer them to my family .

Fast efficient and clean

I experienced a problem with a burned out switch shortly after they left. Even though it wasn't their fault, they returned immediately, fixed the problem, and only charged me for the cost of the switch. The contracted work was done to my satisfaction and for less than the average quote I received.

Honest & Straight Forward. No hidden costs or surprises. Received exactly what I wanted and needed.

Everything smooth with 1 complaint: Neglected to pull slack and tack down one run in basement, but all things considered would still use again.
