Paul was a highly experienced and professional technician that very quickly responded to my problem. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem the same day I called. I called a few other plumbers to compare prices including Lowes and Home Depot, and they weren't even able to get to the job that week. Paul was not only faster but offered me a better price. He treats costumers as if they were his neighbor. Let me save you some time....just hire Paul.

Paul called right away and after discussing what work needed to be done he was able to come the same afternoon. This was on Friday before a hurricane! We set a time and he called to let me know he would be 20 minutes late. Which I appreciated. He then arrived and an hour and half later he completed the faucets for bathroom sinks. He explained what he would do and was neat and cleaned up. Definitely recommend

Paul analyzes explores then explains the problem and solution to you. He is not afraid of getting his hands dirty in the process a real pro. Not an intimidator like the others I had quote wildly different prices. Little Bear quoted on what needed to be done reasonably and when more problems needed fixing we continued reasonably. The level of professionalism and ability to troubleshoot our problem far exceeded our expectations. Our issue was no hot water to bathrooms, but the hot water heater was functioning properly. Little Bear Plumbing owner found two issues where water was crossing over causing the issue. I would not have believed it, if I had not seen it for myself. Little Bear is a MASTER at plumbing problems. I will definitely hire him again. His rates were very reasonable for his work!
