Having done previous work on many of my homes in the past, it was easy for me, a great grandsenior to understand and appreciate his work. This company was very responsive and the first to contact me. Mike, the owner was professional. The broken part of our kitchen faucet could not be repaired. Mike offered to make a trip to the nearest hardware store to pick up a new faucet. Rather than having to make another appointment, he returned same day to install a new faucet. Overall, we were pleased with the quality of his work. Would recommend to others.

Mike called within a few seconds of putting up my (small) project, and came over to repair it within the hour. Very professional, courteous, and did a great job. Quoted me a very reasonable "labor + parts" price, which didn't change even after he replaced more parts than he originally estimated. I know who I'll be using for my plumbing needs from now on!

The guys arrived on time, were extremely thorough, courteous and professional. They did not quit until they fixed the problem and then cleaned up afterward and left my basement in better condition than it was before. Very nice, professional plumbers. Highest recommendation!

I wish that I could have chosen 10 stars because that is how good my experience was with this company. Mike called me immediately and was at my house within the hour. He could not get the part I needed (because it was New Year's Day) and promised to try to get it the next day (a Sunday). He called to let me know that he wouldn't be able to get it until Monday and would be there by 9am. There was no 2nd charge for his time nor was there an extra charge for it being New Year's Day. The price was great. I'm considering replacing my hot water heater just so that I can use this company!

On time, quick clean job, fair price

I filled out the questionaire online at about 7:30 at night and recieved a call from him about 10 minutes later. I wasn't expecting a call until business hours the next day. He showed up the next day at 10 am sharp just like he said he would. The price was exactly as he had estimated over the phone, no surprises. I will deffinatley use Little Big Plumbing again if I ever encounter anymore problems.
