The workers donâ t know what theyâ re doing he didnâ t do what he said he was going to do and then walked out on me took my money and ran my roof was leaking before he got there and itâ s still leaking today I wouldnâ t recommend him for anything absolutely nothing when I get a few dollars Iâ m taking him to court

I had them repair some roofing on a rental. They do not maintain a schedule properly. Are totally rude, and did a very shoddy job yet expected full payment. I am taking them to court. Do not work with them unless you have got time to waste.

It was very positive he kept in contact with me. We had to cancel one other day that he was supposed to come because of weather. He contacted me a day before and inform me of this. When he showed up he was very professional courteous and understanding of my situation and he took the time to make sure the job was done right and cleaned up after. I highly recommend Little Construction and I will definitely use them again in future. I am very satisfied with their work and their professionalism.

I recently had this company come to my house and install a side door. The door turned out beautiful and they cleaned up afterward. I called him to ask about the review link and he told me that would send it after he came out to finish the project. He told me that he would plaster the wall so that I would only have to paint it, put a piece of wood down where the door got moved out, and put a piece of aluminum on the step outside. I scheduled for him to come out February, 21, 2022. I texted him to see if he was still coming and he replied unable to come out. I rescheduled for March 14, 2022 and texted him to see if he was coming and he again replied unable to come. I told him to pick a date and time and he told me March 17, 2022 between 10:30a -11:00a. I told my dad to be at my house at 10:30 to meet them. They showed up at 10:15a and since no one was there, they texted me to reschedule even though I was told between 10:30a and 11:00a. My dad showed up at 10:25a, saw their note and called and talked to them. After hanging up with them, someone from the company called him back and apologized for the time mix up and rescheduled for some time between 10:00a-11:00a, Sunday, March 20, 2022. At this point there was no talk about additional cost. Sunday morning, I received a text that the project was complete and that I would have to pay a surcharge for the punch list items. We had rescheduled 3 times and that was never brought to my attention. But they had looked over the contract and decided they had done all of the contracted work. I was very confused as to why they did not tell me in the beginning that it was going to cost more. Instead they said they would come out and finish and then send me the review link. The company does great work and is reasonably priced. But please make sure they complete all of the work before paying them.

Unethical work practices, this contractor is unreliable and he overcharged. Would not recommend Little Construction to anyone.

Same day service was such a relief. TV antenna broke loose and would have done a lot more damage if they had not taken it down, cut it up and taken it away. They inspected the roof (and reported no damage although the roof is old) and the chimney (some damage there) but their fast service saved my roof and probably windows from destruction with the next storm (my words, not his) Now I can do my dishes without flinching at every noise.

Had an weather related emergency siding repair. Not particularly complicated but needed done or would lead to big troubles. They came out, looked at it, and took care of it in an hour. I will be looking for other work for the team to do.

. With Little Construction they do everything they say they will , They really take pride in their work, donâ t rush and make sure the project is done right. They are very patient about questions and make sure you are happy. I hired them because I had a problematic project and they have the knowledge and skill to handle special situations. You will be happy.

Raymond & Leon worked on the project.  They did a great job!! The project was completed in 2 days and Raymond was up front with the cost. (NO HIDDEN  FEES). He explained and provided updates of what needed completed the next day. They were both professional, on time, clean up the mess and hauled away materials. I would highly recommend them and would hire the again if needed.
