We are very happy with the landscaping job. Joab, the owner was always quick to respond to our calls and texts. He was always professional and offered suggestions and ideas throughout the process. He was pleasant to work with and accommodated us with any changes we decided to make along the way. Shout out to Lee, one of his employees who worked very hard even in the rain to make sure the job was perfectly done.

"We finished the job in two hours. I sent over two guys and they planted 8 lavender plants and spread 1 bag of seed. I definitely sent over enough laborers to do the job. The client has since asked me to come back and plant a 100 more small ground cover."

Joab Allen, the sales manager, responded almost immediately to my request for an assessment and estimate for much needed yard work. We agreed to a time for the next day. He showed up on time and listened to my concerns and what I thought was needed. He was friendly and easy to work with as he guided me through the possibilities based on my location and existing garden beds. He made a voice recording as we walked through each area, finalizing a cleanup and planting plan to be followed. He and his crew were able to do the work the very following day. Everyone showed up when they said they would and worked really hard all day. This was a very labor intensive job, raking and cleaning out old rooted garden beds, before replanting with new beautiful plants and adding the finishing touches of mulch. They did an excellent job of cleaning up everything before they left me with new beautiful healthy looking flower beds! I was very pleased with their timeliness, diligence and the results.

"I do have great ideas, I agree. I try and mesh with all my clients. In the proposal I suggested we redo the design of your butterfly garden. Because of cost you chose to have me remove the entire garden and install sod. I also removed a dead Yellow tab tree. We filled in the hole where the tree existed and made sure the sod fit in a perfect shape to fill the void in the lawn. I understand my result was average. Laying only sod is a very simple project. I treat every job like they are all equal"

Not pleased with this company. Starting trimming trees in back and left everything in yard for about 3 days. Kept going back and forth with things. A palm tree in back is dying and also some plants that said were jasmine are not and are dying. Grass coming through the rock that has landscaping paper down. Also had driveway fixed and did not go all the way like we had asked.

"I am going to start with saying this project was 4 months ago. We put weed barrier down and yes after a few months you will have stragglers pop up. You have to do a little maintenance for upkeep to maintain. When we trimmed the trees on the rear lawn we discovered they had Ganaderma. We were also putting in an extension on the driveway at the same time. So I had to leave the pile of trimmings over the weekend until we came back to work on Monday. The front and rear beds look great."

I hired A Little Finesse Landscape & Design to update my front lawn. Joab Allen and staff did a very professional job of removing the old bushes & designing and planting new flowers , upgrading the sprinkler system, & placing white decorative stone around the shrubs. The job was completed on time and staff did a super job of cleaning up the area. I have received compliments on the finished job from my neighbors. I would highly recommend hiring A Little Finesse Landscape & Design to anyone wishing to modernize their lawns.

I feel like I got finessed. Was not completely satisfied with their initial installation of my Clusia fence. I had 3 worries. First, it was a rainy week so the clusias brought had been flooded and overwatered from the nursery that they used. Second, they were not installed neatly, the row of clusias was jagged. Since the initial installation, I have had to create garden beds so my landscapers do not nip them when cutting the grass (would have been great if Joab did this initially). The garden bed has emphasized how crooked the plants were planted. Third, they were installed right in the property line between my neighbor and Is yards. I spoke up about this but Joab insisted it looked better right in the middle. Now I am having to move every single plant on my property line because the plants were blocking my neighbors sprinklers and now my neighbor is installing a fence and can not because our plants are in her property. This has been an expensive headache.
