They spent a lot of time at the (vacant) house and came back the next day to finish up, but I was left with dirt in all the corners. I'm not sure what they spent so much time on.

Were not thorough, many flat surfaces were not cleaned like baseboards, shelves, sills.

The two ladies came to my house twice and they still did not do their job. They were in a hurry both times. They missed several areas did not move anything to clean under I would not give anybody any references to this company, I don't even know why they are in business?

We are still working on details of what is meant by 'Bachelor Clean', 'Girl-friend Clean' and 'Grandma Clean'. I'm sure that a '5.0' in in the future!

The gutter/downspout cleaning crew worked quickly and efficiently. I was very satisfied with their work.

Very happy with this company. They have been very accommodating to my individual needs and kept their word on everything. This is my 3rd cleaning company not including private people I've hired. Update: I changed my review because at every clean after the above clean only half of my home was clean. I took pictures of everything that wasn’t touched. I wanted an hour to hour and 15 min clean for a one bedroom. After complaining, I received a text message and email stating they will no longer clean for me. Funny thing is, the new company I hired for the same price I was given here takes one hour and I’ve never seen my home so clean. My home after little Joe Company. would clean was surface cleaning. Bathroom floor was completely forgotten, my stove top had crumbs all over my counter. My bed wasn’t stripped down with new sheets on the bed. I told them to do the bed and they forgot the bed. Who forgets a bed and bathroom?? So much more. By the way, who fires a client for legitimate complaints with pictures time stamped? I can prove. This is a 3000 sq. ft. home. I had them do about 900 sq. ft. of it only and they couldn’t do it. On the up side. the ladies that come to the house are extremely sweet and it was very, very hard for me to complain. But I had no choice because we work hard for our money and, as a sick woman, I really needed the help. Thank goodness I found a different company

We were very pleased with the work this team did! They were thorough and obviously new how to clean windows inside and out. Ours was not an easy job since some of the windows were 16 feet up and had storms on them. They were very organized, worked quickly, and even cleaned up afterwards! They were very personable too and great representatives of your company.

Really super pleased. I have a real "guy" house and I am not the best of cleaners. It had been months and I was putting it off. Little Joe came in and made my place immaculate!! Even the smallest of details were taken care of. Super happy and will definitely use them again and again!!

Loved working with them. Fast call back, on site the next day and a pleasure to work with. We will use them for our other sites.
