Unless you are an industrial company or office I would not hire him. I asked him to dust my furniture and he told me that it would take too much time so he just left without doing any work.

"(consumer name withheld per their request) ,,1630 N Larrabee Chicago Customer is lying,, she provided inaccurate information in terms of what needed cleaning. The price was quoted very low for the square footage and she later ask for additional work not discussed nor quoted for. refuse to pay agreed upon price and mislead homeadvisor of additional services requested. We don't offer antique cleaning servises. Home advisor PRO be cautious and screen client and record conversation if possible...THE SIZE 2000 SQ FT WITH 2 full bathrooms, 1 mid size,3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, hallways, stairs way...etc etc for $160.00. Is a great deal in LINCOLN PARK!!"

Post Construction - Clean-up
not for the customer who expects a prepared, experienced and efficient cleaning team. maybe ok for someone with a small messy apartment that needs it to "look" and smell clean. we hired them for post-construction. they brought in a couple of buckets with a "few" odd cleaning supplies, not even murphy's oil soap for the wood floors. the 'assistant' seemed like she had never been on a real cleaning job before and had the nerve to out garbage and her cleaning stuff in the hall of a high-end condo in the gold coast and asked me what time it was because she wanted finish because she was "hungry" rule of thumb: if a "business only" it's not legit!

"Unfortanetly, some customers have special attention needs as the customer demanded the world for a 1 bedroom condo for a basic thorough cleaning rather selecting a deep clean as suggested. Normal hours required for a 1 bedroom condo is between 2 to 3hrs max with no furniture in the unit as indicated to the customer. To please customer we stayed extra hours to remove paint stains. Nevertheless, customer expected to fix general contractor errors and/or neglected to accept his own mistakes. "It is always easier to blame someone else for ones own mistake rather to accept resposibilty" May god bless this man."
