Duncan and his team do wonderful work! We own a historic home (1930's) that Little River Construction remodeled and the end result is truly amazing! We get compliments all the time about the home and the work that was done! I would strongly recommend hiring Duncan and his team to complete your renovation and/or building needs!

Highly recommend. We are incredibly happy with Little River Construction. For our initial consultation Duncan asked a lot of questions to truly understand our goals and was always friendly and professional. The quote was very detailed and allowed for customization with reasonable prices. Little River won the bid for our detached garage and during construction they were professional and courteous, even during COVID and even with our energetic dog. We are happy with the outcome and will consult with them for whatever future construction projects we may have.

Hired Little River to add a bedroom and a bathroom in our finished basement. The finished product turned out beautiful. Duncan and his team were very helpful. After discussing what I wanted done they produced drawings and images of what the project would look like. Duncan was amenable to minor changes made during the project. I am very satisfied with the finished product.

Duncan has a very talented team of professionals who did major restoration of my kitchen , bathrooms, bedrooms, walls, flooring, and everything else; after I suffered a kitchen fire resulting in extensive smoke and water damage throughout the house. This included having to rewire and redo plumbing to Denver code requirements. I had 5 other contractors promise to take on my post fire restoration but eventually became unwilling to provide the insurance company with itemized estimates and documentation. Duncan has an office manager who was a delight to me and my insurance representatives. This project has been highly complex and every construction and service professional has been highly skilled, competent ,and courteous. I guarantee no other area contractor provides as much value for excellent services rendered. John Duncan and Little River Construction have been a cherished blessing through a very tragic, difficult time for me and my household. I recommend them highly.

We hired Little River Construction to close in a patio and add a roof over an existing concrete pad in our backyard. We are very very pleased with the work they completed. The things we liked best: trustworthy, excellent and speedy communication, creative solutions to make pre-existing materials and space work, reasonable price for the job, stayed within the parameters of the contract, attention to detail and dependable staff. They do great work at a reasonable price. We enclosed our covered patio, and Duncan explained what they were going to do for us and inspected the work all the way through to completion. We would recommend them for any type of work. Very Honest and reliable.

This company was the worst. From the get go lied about having a port a potty brought in, about the time it would take. The crew went through my hall closet looking for t.p., drank pop out of my refrigerator. Brought up to Duncan that the plumbing for baseboard heating was installed wrong and his crew actions. They proceeded to verbally attack me. Like I was out of line asking why they thought it was ok to go through my house? His carpenter then pushed me, when I defended myself. They tried to lie again but I had it all on camera. Even had to put a camera in our bedroom, just to find his crew opening the door to and looking in to the bedroom even though they were not working in there and were not authorized to be in there. Oh to top it off they are trying to charge me for facilities when it was my bathroom they were using. Do not hire these clowns. You Will Be Sorry. Because that is just the beginning of the list of thing's wrong with this guy.

He was nice from the beginning towards the was stuff was not getting done right. Heating & A/C not working right. When called about plumbing not done right, contractor said it was not his problem.

Duncan and his team were very helpful and transparent. Our project was a combination professional and DIY. He helped show me tips and tricks for doing quality work, he lent me tools to help get the job done and helped out evenings and weekends to achieve our deadline. Duncan was always in contact and available, he kept me in the loop of timelines and next steps every step of the way. I would absolutely use them again for my next project.

I had a small job I needed done. (A few steps from the house into the garage.) I could not find anyone to do this small job, but Duncan was more than willing to take this project on, and a quality job! I am very grateful and will definitely use them again. I am additionally pleased that I could use someone from the community.
