I hired this company for the specific purpose of installing a bathroom exhaust fan and replacing the duct from the bathroom to the exterior of the building. I was very specific. Our appointment was at 11 am. When no tech showed, we called and were told they were late and going to be arriving at 1 pm. I should not have had to call the receive the info and we drove to the building to be there at 11 and had to then wait 2 hours. The tech himself (John) was great and installed a ceiling fan for us - he also had to return 4 days later to do it because he did not have a box to hang the fan on. I would hire the tech again, but I would not hire this company. The dispatcher/owner Max is apparently working from Italy and not local. Too many odd things about this company. Next.

At first I had an electrician from Little Silver come out and give me a quote. He quoted me an astronomical price and stated it would take him 4 hours. I kindly told him no. A couple hours later, Max called me from LSE and advised me that I was quoted wrong and they wanted to make it right. They quoted me a new price which was extremely fair for installing a new ceiling fan and they sent me one of their top electricians, Johnathan. LSE customer service is top notch and I would highly suggest them. Johnathan had the new ceiling fan, which needed wiring etc. installed within 2 hours. You donâ t find many reliable contractors these days. I am very fortunate for finding LSE, and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Max for making it right !

First off, Max called me almost immediately after I posted my project. He was enthusiastic and very informative about the cost and schedule to start the project. Brian and Ryan were friendly, efficient and quick and completed my light fixture installation in as little time as necessary and when there was an error in the bill, it was re-evaluated before I had to pay the service. It was absolutely reasonable cost and working with Max and the guys was a pleasure! I highly recommend this company for all your electrical needs!
