Chris was very responsive he knows what to do and he did a great job cleaning our dryer vent. My wife noticed that the dryer was taking a long time to dry I did some research and minor cleaning of the vent but not enough. We called Little Z's and he immediately responded to our call. He came out cleaned our vent and dryer and now she is working extremely well.
