We hired Kris and Anthony for a kitchen/ laundry/ half bath remodel. I can’t say enough great things about their work. They did an amazing job, thorough, trustworthy and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for any remodeling needs and will use them for our future renovations.

We hired Kris & Anthony to build a 4 season room on an existing deck. They were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to add additional support to the deck to accommodate the additional weight. They also knew exactly what needed to be done to support a 12â opening to connect the new room to our existing living room. Their knowledge of construction and excellent work ethic throughout the job was extremely impressive. Not only carpentry, but also installing rock on the exterior and around the fireplace, porcelain flooring, electrical and extending HVAC. We are in love with our new room and so, so happy with everything that was done. Additionally, Kris & Anthony were a delight to have at our home during the entire job. Great people with good Christian ethics. We actually miss them being around and would recommend them for any job you are considering.

Kris did exactly what he said he would do. on my bathroom remodel. The craftsmanship on the walkin shower and extension of my small bathroom was superb. Professional,timely and courteous made this project a breeze. I will use Kris formynext home project. It looks great!

Kris is a contractor who does exactly what he says. I've used him to replace the roof on my house and my son's house, in both cases, the work was done right on the schedule which Kris promised. Live Oak converted my patio into a sun room last summer. I approached Kris Kinnamon, the general contractor for Live Oak, with an idea for the project, and Mr. Kinnamon developed a plan that far exceeded my expectations. He offered ideas and suggestions based on his experience in the trade and saved me from several costly mistakes. Each and every tradesman that he brought onto the project was professional, skilled, and courteous. I was impressed with the standard of quality that Mr. Kinnamon and his crew maintained. I am thrilled with the result of the project. It is by far my favorite room now!
