Live Oak General Builders delivered outstanding workmanship on our deck remodel and completed the project on schedule. Enrique & his crew were courteous, punctual, and respectful of our property throughout the entire process. The project was finished as promised, stayed within budget, required no change orders, and met all of our expectations. We are extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend them for any deck renovation project.

Recently replaced the back stairs in our 115-year-old house. Quote was reasonable. They completed the project in one day. Did an excellent job. Will use again for other projects.

Enrique and his crew are as good as you can find. They are prompt, professional, friendly, hardworking and exacting in their.work. If something is not as you imagined it, they are always willing to make it meet your expectations. This was my sixth project with them, and I am currently waiting on a quote for another project. It is undoubtedly possible to find a cheaper contractor, but I do not feel you will find a better home repair experience.

The crew was professional, timely, and respectful the entire time. Any issues or suggestions that arose were handled without question. I took care of my crew (coffee breaks) and they took care of me. 👍🏼

He was at my home the next day to preview the work I needed, submitted his proposal within a few hours, and completed the work within a week. Enrique was very professional. He showed up on time to give me an estimate. He wrote up the estimate itemizing all the work to be done. We agreed on a price. He arrived as promised & got the job done earlier than he had estimated. He took photos as requested so I can present them to my HOA. The job was painting trim on the exterior— his team prepared the areas for painting, gave the trim 2 coats and did more areas than I needed one for my HOA. We had agreed on what needed to be done. I am pleased with the results.

Enrique of Live Oak General Builder Inc was very responsive from first call to last. I needed my carpeted "floating" stairs enclosed so a flooring company could install LVP (luxury vinyl planks) like those recent installed in my living room. See before photos. I also wanted the backside of the stairs enclosed with drywall for a very finished look. They did a very clean and professional job at a reasonable price. I am very happy with the finished look! the after photos are prior to the LVP installation.

Enrique was TERRIFIC CONTRACTOR! A great communicator, he and his excellent crew worked all day, gave daily schedule and encouraged visual tour end of shift, very organized with materials, tools, and kept our property clean, very cooperative and polite and knowledgeable. New Door: beautiful white steel door installed so smoothly. Exterior house trim: Enrique also replaced dry rotted exterior trim on my 2 story home, painted new trim, sealed other places as needed around home so I can paint house exterior. Enrique and crew put up new side fence in half day that will last a lifetime Enrique is a fine example of professionalism.
