I had an issue with the way I was charged, beware of them charging you for their membership lead fee. This is illegal to pass on their lead fee to the consumer. The problem was that I was being charged by the hour and they had issues with the products they purchased to install,. It cost them at least 30 minutes of time that I was to pay for. They offered to wave their fee in lieu of the time they were charging. And, on top of that, I had to help them adopt an old fixture to cover their product mistake. Had I not helped, they would have spent 30 more minutes trying to work out their problem.

"Live Systems has a flat service call fee for the metroplex area. This fee includes a trip charge and 1 hour of labor for a technician and his helper. This customer had a simple electrical problem that required less than 1hr of labor, however the technician did drive 30 min to their house and 30 min back to the shop with a total time of 30 min on the job. if the job had of taken the full hour of labor plus both travel times the customer still would have been charged only $150.00."
