"Customer received a high quality cleaning for a very cheap price 4,500sq ft home deep cleaning for $600. She complained because she expected us to be there for a certain amount of time but we as cleaners do not clean like most ordinary people so we were out of there at our normal hourly time for a house that size. 4-6hrs we estimate that size home for which is what we ALWAYS explain to the customer before services and she also signed a contract stating this before service started so she was well informed. This is one of those customers that didnt respect us as cleaners and didnt want pay the price we agreed upon!"

She was very prompt, early even. I had not problems. She was fast and thorough. She got every nook and corner. We checked everything and she got it all. I could not believe how thorough job was done. She was very polite and great conversationalist with a great attitude. She was a really awesome person.
