Juan performed some repair work on our irrigation system. He was supposed to pick up some parts and return to complete the job. Unfortunately I paid him and he never returned.

Very disappointed. Juan came and did some irrigation system repairs for us but he was missing a few items including a tap for a faucet. He said he would return to finish the job. I made the mistake of paying him in full. I left numerous messages and he will not respond. He wont honor the contract.
