Drywall Repair
Lizama was responsive, and when he showed up to look at the job he was actually all tooled up to start the work, which was nice because I was between tenants and needed odds and ends done before I could re-rent. It's not that easy to find someone willing to do a little of this and a little of that, but he did! He had to finish the following Monday and showed up bright and early for that, too. I scratched several items of my to-do list, thank you!
