"The fence rolls with the ground. This was explained as we set the post. You agreed to this to keep it where your dogs could not escape. If we built the fence to be straight across the top, there would be gaps in the bottom of the fence to the ground where your dogs could escape. This was all discussed before putting up the chain link portion you agreed to rolling with the ground for no gaps."
