Wonderful company to work with. They did what they said they would do at a fair price, the work was done timely and all changes were discussed with us prior allowing us to approve any cost additions. We are very happy with our new extended driveway.

Very nice family doing the work. If you want a team to show up when they say... they are a 5. But if you want a slab you are happy to look at with quality and attention to detail... not so good. I am angry every time I sit out there and look at the finished product. After nearly a year later, the stains from their randomly applied sealer still looks like a scattered drip here and spray there. They said just wait for 30-days it will all even out and be fine. Nope. I also specifically requested thin, saw-cut expansion marks... instead I have huge, open marker joints that are an eyesore and catch all the debris possible. This is not a driveway with trucks parking on it, it is a patio with foot traffic only. We have unnecessary cracks already and are so disappointed. If only I could show pictures. I short paid them for the cost of adding color to the cement because its impossible to even tell what the color is with all the stains and I agreed to pay the final amount if the staining truly resolved after 30, 60 even 90 days. I never heard from them again after sending numerous photos. A Very nice family, but they Just seemed in too much of a hurry to move on to their next job and did not even bother to strip most of the forms after they were done.

Llamacrete did a great job. Our basketball court looks fantastic. Only complaint was that no plywood or other method was used to attempt to protect the lawn. It will take a long time (and possibly a lot of money) to get the yard back to where it was. From a cost perspective, do not expect to get an itemized breakdown. They were on the more expensive side. They openly tell you they do not really calculate costs by yards or square foot. Instead, they give you quotes by what they think they need to make each day. As an example, even though I reduced my footprint by 15% from the original quote (and let them know in advance that I would be doing that), they would not resend the quote and kept their final price the exact same as the initial quote. To their credit, they reduced the cost somewhat after I pointed out the fact that my job should have cost less based on the fact that less material was used. However, even with the reduction, they decided to add some **extras** so that my **discount** was only half of what it should have been. Overall, they do good work, but you are definitely paying for it.

Keep promising schedule and friendly customer service. My new Driveway looks great.

They are great to work with. Those that came to perform the work did a very good and efficient job. There was a little confusion between the original quote and the final price but I am satisfied with the result. I would and have recommended them to others.

Showed up on time and had adequate manpower to perform the work each of the 4 days they were there. They removed 2500 sq. ft. of concrete and performed all necessary prep work to install approx. 2800 sq. ft. (widened driveway). This included framing the pour, removing inadequate substrate , and replacing with compacted road base. Supervisor on site at all times to answer questions and concerns.
