Llamas Construction came out the day after requesting service. They got the job done quickly but didn’t rush. They were knowledgeable regarding the service on my drywall ceiling. I would definitely hire the friendly service guys again. Thank you so much!

We had a 10'x3' section of ceiling that was sagging in our upstairs hallway. Julian responded right away, came out and seemed very knowledgeable and knew what he was getting into. They were able to complete the project in one day, tearing out the section, replacing the drywall, and repainting with textured paint to match the rest of the hall. I little mishap with the shop-vac bag caused a little more clean up that we expected, wiping down some surfaces, but they did a great job with the fix. Very professional.

I hired Llamas Construction Group to perform some extensive drywall repair work and repaint my family room. Julian the owner promptly supplied me with a reasonable quote for the job and scheduled the job within a few days. The job was satisfactorily completed in 3 days by Julian, his son Issac, and employee Nick. There was a couple minor items that I needed to have taken care of, and I called Julian and he came back the next day and completed my requests. There work was professional very neat and cleaned up area after completion. I was completely satisfied with the job they completed for me. Very professional, personal and honest. He did not do any work. He made an arrangement to come out to give me an estimate on the job but He did not showed up as scheduled. He didnt have the courtesy to give me a phone call or Txt. He wasnt give me a reason why. I dont want to hire a company that treats their Customer like that.

Julien did a great job with removing two floor to ceiling pillars and minimizing a cross beam that really opened up our family room and foyer area. The final product of the room is exactly what we wanted when we started. We also had them do popcorn ceiling removal and painting of the ceiling and all walls of the room. Again the final product looks great, just ran into timing issues that drug that part of the project out for longer than we wanted and kept us out of that room for a few weeks. Overall satisfied with the completed work

He was efficient. He finish the job in one day instead of two days cause everyone else told me two days. He was very pleasant. He cleaned up after himself and he brought drop clothes. He covered the floor and everything. He give me further instruction for painting. He give reasonable price. I'm ecstatic or excited.

I choose Llamas Construction to repair the roof leak in my attached garage and to tuck point my front porch and replace the front step. Julian was professional and courteous and came out to walk through the work I needed completed. He accessed the roof to see where the leak was occuring and took pictures and explained how he would remedy the issue. We set a date for him to come out, he repaired the the first day and blocked the porch off with cones to all or mortar to set. The next day they came out and repaired the roof and extended my downspout to the gutter. I am happy with the work and would recommend using Llamas Construction.

Llamas Construction Group gave me a really competitive bid for my project (repairing a water damaged plaster ceiling with 70 year old popcorning texture) and they were the only ones who were going to repair my plaster with plaster; the other bids were all to install drywall and blend it. Julian showed up when he said he would and did a really nice job on what was probably a difficult project due to the age and texture on the ceiling. LCG will be my first call for future projects.
