I had a new AC system installed. Technicians showed up on time. They were friendly and professional. There were three technicians and a working supervisor, George Hernandez, who continually observed and supervised the work. When the job was completed they cleaned up thoroughly. When the state inspector looked at the job he said the installation was "excellent". I am now enjoying the AC as it works great cooling the entire house. I highly recommend Lloyds heating and air to anyone.

Head and shoulders above other tecs that have worked for me in the past 10 years. Wayne Smith took on the repair project, troubleshoot what other contractors could not, made repairs and put system back on line. System operates above expectations.

I received a call back in 5 minutes. Wayne arrived within 30 minutes. It did not take long for him to diagnosis the problem. After contacting info on site they responded very quickly. Made appointment the same day and showed up on time. Technician Was professional and identified the problem quickly and was able to resolve the issue . Very satisfied with his professionalism and quality of work .

Wayne called me right away and was very professional. He walked me through a couple of scenarios that could have occurred before he was going to actually come to the house. When we got home from work, our AC was out. That was around 4:30 pm. We got on Home Advisor, and Lloyd's was here by 5:10 and had it repaired in a few minutes (at least for now and we can actually do the repair ourselves this weekend). Charged less than $100 AND the house is cooling off nicely so that we can sleep comfortably tonight!! Thank you!!!
