LOBO CONSTRUCTION, AND THE OWNER, MARCO N., ARE DISHONEST! RUN AWAY, FAST! In June 2019 Marco N., the owner of Lobo Construction, LLC, knocked on my door and told me that he could get my insurance to pay for a new roof. My roof was a little worn BUT WAS NOT LEAKING ANYWHERE. Marco assured me that I would only pay my deductible and I would receive a brand-new, high-quality roof. Even before the job was completed, I had some concerns about the shingles and flashing around my chimney, but Marco assured me not to worry. He said he would make sure the job was done properly, and, that if there were any issues, I HAD A 10 YEAR WARRANTY! They replaced the roof, the gutters, and I thought I was all set for the future. In February 2020, the roof developed a leak. (Marco claims from ice backing up under the shingles). After contacting him, he sent someone out to repair and fix the leak. I still had to pay for fixing the drywall inside where the leak occurred. Problem solved, right? WRONG! In December 2020 the roof started leaking IN THE EXACT SAME PLACE AGAIN. In 40 years, I had never had a roof leak until Lobo replaced it! I called again and left word for Marco. Now, he is incognito and will not return calls. I was then told by Jeremy B,, the office manager in Idaho Falls, that they did not have a crew in Idaho any longer and they were NOT LIABLE FOR THE REPAIR! They claim that they cannot be held responsible for damage caused by natural occurrences like ice. IS NOT THAT WHY YOU HAVE A ROOF, TO BEGIN WITH?! SAVE YOUR TIME AND ESPECIALLY YOUR MONEY, AND FIND SOMEONE THAT IS HONEST AND RELIABLE!

Had wind damage to shingles. Marko came out on time and completed the job that day. Very friendly, efficient. Reasonable rates. Would not use anyone else in the future. I sure future customers will be as impressed as I have been. Clark E Jaynes MD

They were fast in getting the work done. The workers worked long days with brief breaks. I am very pleased with the job. I also liked the way they worked with my insurance company (Allstate.)

I am pleased to tell of my experience with a local construction company. In late November I decided we really needed to get gutters on our house. Knowing how busy roofing companies have been all summer and fall, I called several contractors. Lobo returned my call that afternoon. Other companies did not return my calls asking for bids. Marco set a time and came to measure and gave me a very reasonable bid as well as a good timeline for completion. Everyone I have spoken with on the phone and in person is professionals. They are kind and knowledgeable. They were not even scared of me!

Marco and his crew did a fantastic job on my roof! He very hard to show my insurance company the damage and what needed to be done and why. They tore down and replaced the roofs of the house and garage in one day! The only reason I gave them only 4 stars on the customer service is because when it came to do the small jobs that they were suppose to do, it took so long I called it off.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly at Lobo Construction. It was a very easy process getting our roof replaced even there was a few issues with our roof. They just kept going and worked out further details at a later time. Great company.

They're a good, solid, trustworthy company. They are really good guys, too.
