I called Lobo Plumbing one day and Robert showed up to provide an estimate later in the day. While I had envisioned a much bigger and more expensive project, he suggested an alternative that solved my irrigation problem and was lots less costly. On the appointed day he showed up exactly at the time he had said, and performed the work in its entirety.

They did care how it looks , they did not care about the instructions of the homeowners. the owners told them the service was terrible. disrespectful demeanor. the company left holes exposed.

Was told by ANGI that this plumber was knowledgeable on RV Repair. The plumber had never worked on RVs plumbing. $500 down the drain, oops not down the drain because it still does not work.

Showed up with just a pickup with few tools and no supplies, could not complete the task, I had to help out and use my Bore scope to look inside piping. I finally just paid him, to get him gone

ON THE AFOREMENTIONED TRUCK, WE HAVE ALL THE PARTS AND MATERIALS WE NEEDED FOR THE JOB, AND WE'VE BEEN DOING THIS FOR 30 YEARS, SO WE KNOW A LITTLE BIT ABOUT CLEARING DRAINS. HE MENTIONED HE WAS WORKING 120 HOURS A WEEK, HE WAS CLEARLY STRESSED, AND THAT MADE ME A BIT CONCERNED FOR US BOTH. BUT HE ALSO HIT ME IN THE HEAD WITH THE DOOR INTO THE WORKSPACE, WHILE I WAS WORKING ON THE GROUND ON THE DRAIN THAT WAS IN THE LOWER SECTION OF THE WALL. HIS ATTITUDE WAS APATHETIC, HE BROUGHT HIS OWN CAMERA INTO THE WORKSPACE WITHOUT US ASKING HIM TO DO ANYTHING. I TOLD HIM WHAT WE NEEDED TO DO TO GET THE JOB DONE AND HE DID NOT WANT TO DO IT. THEN FOR NO REASON, HE JUST WANTED US GONE WHEN WE WERE CLOSE TO BEING DONE. THAT IS HIS PROBLEM, NOT OURS. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU BE MORE RESPECTFUL IN THE FUTURE, AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS, AND STOP ATTRIBUTING YOUR FAULTS TO OTHERS.
