"Our Technician spent more than enough time on servicing/ Inspecting Mr. Owens system while answering all of his questions and explaining why he needed a new system. His System is 25 years old and not working properly or efficiently. When recommendations were given (3 recommendations), Mr. Owen did not accept or want to move forward in fixing because this is a rental property. After Technician had finished and left, Owen broke a strap holding wires which fell and began to hit the fan blade which made a loud noise (hours after work was completed). We sent Tech back to the job, and he addressed the issue and re-strapped the wire Owen had broke around 7PM at no charge. 15 days later Owen called back and said his system at his rental was not working properly. As our Tech had stated the first time out, it was not nor will it work properly or efficiently. We sent our Tech back out again to address this issue. Issue was resolved and invoice was sent out and Owen never paid. As a result of Owen not being able to understand our services or what he was requesting for us to do or what needed to be done, we have been accused of bad service, left with a bad review, and have an unpaid invoice for fixing his system. Owen was charge $138 for an annul Maintenance (2 visits at a value of $69 per visit) Our normal Service/ Diagnosis fee is $75 per Hour. Value for the Money is extremely exceptional. Our Tech went out 3 Different times to accommodate Mr. Owens needs. We did not give up on Mr. Owen or leave his renter stranded with no AC. We Care about you and our Home Owners."
