They were easy to work with and they guarantee their work. They also provide one application for 12 months as opposed to others who have to come back to reapply.

Rodent Pest Control Service

I use Local Choice for all pest control (scorpions, spiders, etc) as well as rodent control. Additionally, we have 2 lots so alot of plants that were suffering greatly from previous owners who did not water appropriately nor feed them appropriately. Sage installed automatic feeders into the irrigation system bringing the plants back to life and the fruit trees are actually now producing fruit. He's extremely knowledgeable in all areas of plant and pests. Highly recommend.

At this point in time traps have been set for the roof rats and we will have to go days and weeks before we probably have them all caught. But Sage was able to figure out exactly where they have been coming in and out of our house and he will put up protection so that they never can come in again. To me that is worth the money that we will have to pay to get them out of our attic and a guarantee that they want to come back.

Sage answered me on Sunday, booked for Tuesday at a competitive price and did a nice job with preemergent. Now we will see what happens as the season moves to Spring. Local Choice will come spray herbicide, if I request, it included in my initial price. I may or may not depending on my balance of ecology and frustration! Globe Chamomile is the enemy!
