Jake has been going around taking money from people and not doing the work. I have given him $35,000, it has been over 6 months and nothing is complete/done correctly. He is not returning my calls or texts and he has at least $10,000 of my money that needs to be returned. After talking around it looks like he is doing this to everyone. I talked to two other people that are currently in the exact same situation. - Roof leaks like waterfall from my soffit. - He put on the wrong color siding. - Doors he was telling me were on order for 5 months were not on order. - Deck never got finished. - Weather stripping around my garage was not replaced. - The roofers destroyed my gutters. - Materials and garbage left all over my yard for half a year!!!! - I called his suppliers and his credit lines are maxed out and on hold. Jake is a habitual liar. He lies to cover up his lies. Since I started giving him money he has been on 2 vacations, numerous sporting events, and dropped a new engine in his car. I believe that he is running a FRAUD. My best advise is to stay as far away from this guy as possible. You have been warned! You WILL BE SCAMMED BY HIM! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He is not legal, he provides fake information. He does not follow up on his contract, takes the money, and do not see him again. No work or calls made even after 4 months. Fired them. Trying to get my deposit of $1,900 back as nothing done by him or is company. Always an excuse. Never calls back.

New homeowner and finally decided to upgrade my windows. Saw Local Contractors of WI on an ad so I gave them a call. Thank god I did! I donâ t know much about home improvement, but they made it an easy process. I was hesitant at first, but now my home looks 1000x better! Huge thanks to Jake for the help. They even donated $100 to HAWS after the project was over!

Very good! I had 8 window quotes from different companies for my house of windows in Brookfield. They were by far the most affordable for my Pella wood windows. Plus I was able to get a 3D Exterior Renderings for free to verifiy the color and styles before ordering.
