Benjamin came to S. Miami to install a new gate opener. He failed to install the correct gate opener as specified in our estimate and conversation with him. A few days later, the opener does not work. They fail to answer phone calls or replace the opener with the one that was specified.

They took my money and never deliver our garage door and never answered our phone calls, people should be aware of this situation

Benny was fantastic! My door was a little tricky, but he was able to get it sorted for me. He replaced the rollers, cleaned and greased the tracks and changed out part of the lock mechanism that was too big for the door. Now my door sides open without pulling the frame from the wall. Benny was prompt and courteous and got the job done.

They are not very professional at how they conduct business.. Hired then to install a garage door and keypad. They did not install the keypad and I have not been able to get them to return.

We had an evening emergency. Garage door would not open and the garage was the only way to get into the house. Sent an inquiry to Home Advisor. Very shortly we got a call from Benjamin of Local Garage Door and glass. He was prepared to come out the very night (45 minute drive). We agreed to wait until morning (we had a place to spend the night). The next morning Benjamin called and came right over. He was able to get the door open (we had to break a window in the garage door). It was an effort, but he was determined to get it done. Once open, and getting the glass swept up, Benjamin replaced the garage door springs. Benjamin was efficient, very courteous AND he got the job done. Would highly recommend him and the usage of Home Advisor.

Installed a garage door opener for us two months ago. We way overpaid for it to begin with, then it breaks two months later. I have called 6 times trying to get someone to fix it as we are still under warranty and no one will call me back to come out and fix it. DO NOT USE them

Came early which was nice

He asked me for $480 and I did it for $100, he tried to tell me that we had to change the spring, he tried to cheat me. I hired somebody else and he charges me $100 to only adjust the spring. It took him 10 minutes.

This vendor replaced the sliders on y slicing door. In the process, he lost a part... He said he would replace it. I have called him numerous times. He came by once saying he would fix it; then called and said he could not find the part and left. I have not heard from him since. I have called and sent 2 or 3 emails since then.
