Tom was punctual, reasonable, and did a great job. I would highly recommend him and I plan on hiring him soon again for other projects.

handyman took down a shed which had been damaged by heavy snow in winter 2013- 2014 and erected a new shed, also removed the old material, was friendly and efficient but his work load and weather conditions delayed the project for a while.

Roof - Clean
Tom was very personable on the phone. I found him online through Home Advisor. We talked over the job and he gave me an estimate based on our conversation. He later sent an email at my request. Followed up promptly. Tom did a solid day of work (6 hours) power washing the siding and taking a bit of moss and leaves off of the roof by hand. This is my Dad's house and Dad can't do this kind of thing anymore. Tom called in advance to modify his day of work to fit the weather report (outside in December) which was fine with us--just one day later. I sent him the payment in advance and he did the work as outlined. I would certainly recommend him to others.

Bath Exhaust Fan - Install
Good work but talked too much about things that he was bothered personally and got too many calls during the job. Overall happy with the service and the price. He can figure things out on the fly, sign of a good handyman.
