I was trying to get a handyman for months. Referrals from friends, other websites, etc. some would come and look at the projects, give me a quote and told me when they would do the work. None of them returned or answered my texts. Derek Bingley, owner of LHS did everything he said he would do. He was extremely punctual, he communicated regularly and was meticulous throughout. All projects were completed swiftly and turned out great. I highly recommend him.

Timely response. Same day, made appointment to assemble the cycle. Gave fee expectation in advance. Arrived on time and completed job within two hour base-fee timeframe. Was professional and pleasant. Im very please with outcome. Showed me certain features on the cycle. Had modern options for payment by cash, check or credit card online. I look forward to using this Handyman Service again.

Excellent work. However I dis have to pay a minimum two hour rate for about one hour of work. That did not bother me because I needed the job done NOW. It might give someone else to pause.

Derek was very prompt in responding to our inquiry and arrived on time. We had a sliding glass door with a track problem which he fixed in only 2 hours, even though it was an old door and a tricky job. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommend!

Derek fit me in during a time he had a large job which was taking the bulk of his time. I appreciated the flexibility, but some of the jobs he took on were trickier and more time consuming than expected. Therefore, I am waiting for his schedule to open up to fix the remaining items on my list. Looking forward to it!
