I hired this contractor for lawn services for the season and signed a contract. He came back and raised prices 40% after two months. I could never contact the owner to discuss this and the services that we have not been receiving. Raising prices on a signed contract is unfair and I want to warn other customers in advance about this contractor and the way they conduct their business. A signed contract obviously means nothing to this contractor.
